Our Team

Registrant Law works with a network of legal and compliance professionals, each with their own expertise in securities laws, regulatory compliance, AML, and/or privacy laws.  We engage our network on a project basis, depending on our client's needs and the task at hand.  

Our network includes lawyers and/or compliance professionals with the following backgrounds:

• securities law; with prior roles at large national law firms, securities regulators, and/or in-house counsel roles at securities registrant firms

• regulatory compliance; with prior roles as the chief compliance officer of securities registrant firms

• anti-money laundering; with prior roles as the CAMLO of securities registrant firms 

• privacy; with prior roles as the Chief Privacy Officer of securities registrant firms

Registrant Law may also work with other law firms, freelance law clerks, legal assistants, and other service providers, as the need arises.
